On Saturday, September 4 a group of cyclists from Naples, Florida arrived at the Randolph District Volunteer Fire Department Company 4. The group, known as the Brotherhood Ride, are making their way to New York for the 20th anniversary of 9/11. 60 members strong, the group rides to remember the fallen first responders throughout the country every year. Chief Paul Adkins and the members of RDVFD provided food and housing facilities to the Brotherhood, which allowed them to rest up in preparation for the next leg of their journey. On behalf of Cumberland County, thank you for what you are doing and a very heartfelt thank you to all of the members of RDVFD for representing our county. Job well done!
