Just got back from a emergency no heat call. Earlier today the customer had another company come out for the same problem. They changed the filter and nozzle and left. We found multiple issues including this clogged pump screen and clogged oil line. The filter housing was still full of debris that wasn't cleaned out properly and the nozzle was again clogged. To add insult to the already messed up call the electrodes were not properly set and had to be replaced as well and the chimney was left with no concrete to protect the customers. Mathis Heating may not be the cheapest option and we surely are not the most expensive. The thing that we bring to the table is honesty and the fact that I care about the people I do work for. I would never leave the job any way but 100% and you can count on us to get it done right. We think of our customers as FAMILY and although no one is perfect this is not a acceptable outcome of a emergency no heat call on a weekend.
