✨ One detail that instantly elevates a new build kitchen? The stove hood.

The range hood isn’t just functional—it’s one of the biggest design statements in your kitchen. Instead of treating it as an afterthought, make it a focal point that sets the tone for the entire space.

One of my favorite moments in a new build is seeing the design vision come to life. 🤍

For this client’s fireplace, we selected a soft neutral herringbone stone tile that adds texture, warmth, and timeless elegance without overwhelming the space. Paired with the floating white oak shelves, custom cabinetry, and sleek linear fireplace, this focal wall feels both luxurious and inviting.

It’s the little details and thoughtful material selections that make a house truly feel like home.

Bridgeway Lane Home | Laundry Room Concept 🤍

From design board to visualization ✨

For the Bridgeway Lane laundry room, we combined warm natural wood cabinetry, soft stone-inspired finishes, and a bold checkered floor to create a space that feels both timeless and elevated. The contrast of the moody charcoal tile with the lighter tones brings character, while the natural wood adds warmth and charm.

Even the hardest-working spaces in a home deserve intentional design. This laundry room is proof that functional spaces can be beautiful too.

Most homes can be dramatically improved by rearranging, decluttering, and styling what homeowners already have…. and that is just what I did for this home & it sold quickly I must say! 😉🤍
