"For this design, we took out a peninsula, shortened an interior wall, closed in the old kitchen sink window and moved the kitchen sink to the south exterior wall for a new, larger kitchen window. We installed new hardwoods in the kitchen and refinished the floors throughout the house for a seamless design. Finally we finished out the space with our famous custom work and 's perfect details.

Yet, most clients start talking with us way earlier than that. "We love our mature trees and neighborhood and don't want to move, but we need more space. How much would it cost to add a 2nd floor? An addition? Or to tear down and rebuild?" DM us and we can help you think through the best way to invest in your home.
