Today we received a repair request at 9:32 AM, adjusted our schedule to make room for a same-day onsite estimate between 11 AM–1 PM, arrived at 11:45 AM… and the fence was already being repaired by someone else.

No text.
No call.
No email.

The reality is that situations like this happen far more often than people realize, and for small businesses, the cost adds up quickly.

The economy has been tough on small businesses across the board.
