In business, mistakes can happen that are both in one's control and out of control. Here is an example of a mistake where the part A and part B weren't/didn't mix correctly. Resulting in the floor not curing correctly.

The thing that makes a great business is the next steps taken... Regardless of fault, warranty and customer service is what makes a great business.. in this case, eating $6,843 to redo the floor to make it right for the homeowner!

It's not the original business that makes your company successful, it's how you stand behind your product and service for return and future business thru word of mouth!
