I had the honor and privilege to work on the house of the Lord that happens to be my home church!! Going from black to Sherwin Williams color Creamy was no easy feat. However anything with the Lord will never be easy. This week I worked this was one of drawing closer to God and doing a one on one. Product used for all of ceiling is Sherwin Dryfall in an eggshell base, and super paint in satin base for the walls.

Soffit was damaged needed to prevent critters from coming in. Vented soffit was replaced, color was matched and sealed and painted.

A lot of times before a house can get a new roof we need to replace/ repair fascia, 1x2, and soffit.
Once done the next phase is able to happen which is a new roof. Here we replaced all fascia and 1x2 and did soffit repairs. We used lp smart trim 1x6 and lp 1x2 color was Bison. This by the way is a bison ranch

This process on this beautiful home was tedious.
From reframing to decking, to adding subfacia and fascia with soffit. We tackled this in phases to the end result of painting the brick for the final touch.
Sherwin Williams Tricorn black Emerald for Fascia/Soffit Sherwin Williams Passive at a 75% using Loxon Xp when you pair these colors with a black roof and black gutters what can we say😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

One thing we've noticed is that dark pecan stain on a fence hit with hail and restored is the crowning touch!!!
