Need a quick dinner idea? This turned out SO DELICIOUS!! Put it in the crock pot, cook, shred up the chicken (just pull with two forks right in the pot) and add cheeses just a few minutes before serving (a little more broth if you want it thinner). Serve over rice or noodles (or zucchini). Quick and YUM!
