Truly honored to have been asked to participate in this great podcast. Addison Galambos very effectively connects with his guests and encourages us to share how bonsai motivates us and changes our lives. It’s an excellent way to teach others how to incorporate that same passion into their own collection. Always a special treat when Howard and I get to work together! If you love bonsai, I encourage you to listen to the many guests on “Bonsai Builders”. Day 26-28: It’s not about how much you take off, it’s about WHAT you remove that makes a difference. Taper must be present in order to give your bonsai the right scale. Keeping strong shoots throughout your tree ensures the health of your bonsai. Two very important lessons to learn. (Just remember that it all starts with good roots and proper bonsai soil.)

Thanks to everyone I’ve worked with this February. You’ve all been very gracious hosts and so much fun to work with!! 😊
