Your home doesn't need a renovation to feel like a retreat. It needs intention.

5 changes that make the biggest difference:

1. Leave one countertop completely clear for a week. Notice how the whole room feels.

2. Group your displayed items in odd numbers (3, 5). Scattered = visual chaos. Intentional = calm.

3. Stop using your overhead light at night. Lamps. Candles. A completely different atmosphere.

4. Add one natural element — a plant, a branch, a bowl of fruit. Small, but it changes everything.

5. Remove one thing from a shelf or wall. Your spaces aren't under-decorated. They're over-decorated.

Beautiful and calm are not in conflict with each other. Your home gets to be both.
