She got her name "shy" because of the leaves, which "react" to any changes arising from temperature fluctuations, lighting, and, most importantly, from touching them. The leaves of this tropical beauty immediately curl up at the slightest touch, creating the appearance of wilting.

First of all, it must be said that the flower that we call mimosa is not such a flower. The real Mimosa pudica (shy mimosa) grows on the territory of South America and looks completely different from bouquet branches. This is a small evergreen shrub, the height of which reaches a meter in the best case.

♡ Anandamayi Ma ♡

The theme for this circle will be, "The Essence of Expansive Joy". We will be diving into the teachings of Anandamayi Ma and exploring what it means to remember our true self. To enact our own spiritual initiation and live as embodiments of the divine feminine.

She encourages us to remember our innate path to joy and that we can utilize self-realization, merging with the aspect within us that never changes, as a way to become conscious of the self that is eternal while within this brief mortal existence.

Ananadamayi Ma believed that the only true calling or purpose any of us have is to become realized. And so she believed that any action we take toward that goal is sacred.

Join us to heal ancient sisterhood wounds, come to understand each other on a soul and energetic level, and learn how to connect with the body compassionately in order to embody our true bliss.

Please bring paper and something to write with and an item to eat and share afterwards. Feel free to bring friends and loved ones🌹

Admission is $20 ✨✨

True mimosa is an evergreen shrub native to Australia that loves the warm and humid climate of the Southern Hemisphere. Europe also willingly accepted mimosa for its beauty and unpretentiousness. The plant blooms from January to March (depending on the climate), which made it a symbol of spring and rebirth.
