When you can't enjoy your time on the back porch, because it's old & gets too hot, you call us.
We add some beauty touches to your porch.
First, we leveled the un-leveled rafters and posts, covered the ceiling using exterior rated plywood that has a 50 year warranty, then painted the ceiling, posts, & doors. We also put high rated insulation between the rafters to bring down the temperature underneath. We then stained the concrete, and put joint sealant on the concrete joints.
The client loves sitting on that porch now, because it's 15-20 degrees cooler, while having a nice, new look.
