In this home renovation, we completely flipped both the kitchen and the office from one side of the house to the other to take advantage of the natural entry under the existing gable. This allowed us to create a foyer. We added thirty square feet to the kitchen by enclosing the existing porch. At the owners’ request, we also added a wraparound porch. In the master bedroom, we added a large sliding door facing the new pool. On the south side of the house, the existing garage was converted into a bedroom and a new garage added with driveway. Another one of our home designs was just completed by Edward Brussel Builders on N. County Rd in Frisco. We worked with the owners to achieve the home of their dreams including a large living room area overlooking a huge patio and gorgeous backyard. It also includes a mother-in-law suite, extra garage for a golf cart and lots of bling in their chosen light fixtures.

Another house completed on N County Rd in Frisco. These clients were a joy to work with and had so many great ideas. This property had an older home on it which was torn down to build the new home. This neighborhood is being revitalized with new homes and lots of remodels and updates. You’ll have to drive by and check it out!
