2-Wtd. Alternating V-ups, Reverse Crunches
3-Wtd. Lunges, Squat Jumps
4-Tricep extensions, Narrow push-ups
5-Russian Twist, Penguins HC
6-Wtd. Lateral Lunges, Lateral Jax
7-Bicep Curls, Johnny C’s
