I bonded with my Fondant supplies tonight and found that I had moved on! So, everything must go and make someone else happy! There are tools - probably 4 or 5 sets different colors different feels, cutters - metal, plastic silicone. Also have a Clay Machine!

Happy Sunday! Finished a few upstairs chores now moving back to the ongoing - Operation make people happy with Food in the Basement! Today will probably be more miscellaneous things -

First up! Cooling racks they stack or can sit single - it looks like there are a set of two and then 6 racks same pattern of cooling that can be stacked or set as singles.

It has come time for me to “Thin Out” the Inventory!

I am downsizing all Cake, Candy, Cookie, Food Art Items ~ Hobby Baker & Instructor Items. Some have sentimental Value but I would love to have someone enjoy them and bring joy to others as much as I have.

As I go through Bins I will post. I am not pricing things individually, but for those of you that no me well, you will understand ~ I am merely asking for donations and I will pay forward this holiday season to Local Charities.

An opportunity for maybe home bakers and former students to pick up on some equipment and expand your hobby or your business ~ it’s time to make others happy with my “STUFF”.

I try and keep my things in great condition ~ some things were given to me and may be a little more used than others a few things are still in original packaging or never opened. Most character pans I have instructions or pictures for but have not pulled all those out of files yet ~ wanted to get the actual pans going first.

Maybe you could pull together a Christmas Bundle for someone special?

I will also add to the album cakes/cookies or candy I have made using some of these pans and molds….some cakes didn’t have pans as I carved them by hand….

I absolutely loved Sylvia Weinstock! She would pipe her black glasses on her cakes like a signature. . . she was so inspirational she was my inspo. May she continue to rest in peace and continue to be a voice for Cancer Patients and remain being an inspiration for upcoming bakers and decorators! She passed away November 22, 2021 at her home in Manhattan. She was 91.
(January 28, 1930 – November 22, 2021)

Sylvia Weinstock has got some s***k. The stories she tells about her time as a wedding cake designer to the stars are pretty incredibly — and always hilarious. This is a woman who really exemplifies living life to the fullest.

Melina, that is really a pretty picture! You know how I love flowers and making them! But you could print the container or print the picture, cut the container portion, put a mound of frosting and lay the container on top of the mound to make it kind of 3D then start making the flowers and “Stack” so they too would look 3D-ish.

The metal at the bottom can be made with candy melts or lace.

Just a thought.
