Came across this . I know I feel his words, can you? If you have heard me talk about mental health you have heard me say , “ don’t get of your meds “.
( talk to your Dr. ) . Yes , I think I was way over medicated most of my life. In the past , every morning it looked like I was eating a bag of skittles, I can feel any emotion most the time being on low doses of medicine is harder at times, but I can feel my emotions instead of just side effects
