Complete Master Bath Renovation. I made the shower space bigger. Tile shower installation and surround tub wall, shower fixtures installation, tub installation, tile floor installation, sink cabinet installation, faucet installation, painted the walls, ceilings and baseboards, updated lighting. This was a Complete Master Bath renovation. I also customed built the bathroom-vanity cabinet. The homeowner is an architect and designed the bathroom and cabinet and I was able to create and bring his vision and design to life.

The bathroom was completely gutted. There was a closet that was removed and I was able to make a bigger walk-in master closet on the other side of the master bedroom. Taking out the closet in the bathroom area maximized the space for a new and bigger luxurious bathroom retreat. Walls were removed. I made a new ceiling as a tray ceiling. I installed crown molding, recessed lighting and a chrysral chandelier. The new pipelines were changed, configurated, rough plumbing and the soak tub were done and installed by H. Gonzalez. I installed the marble walls, multiple shower spray fixtures, a sit down shower bench and spa-liked pebble rocks on the shower floor inside the shower area. I installed the marble flooring and some marble tiles on the bathroom walls. I made the custom made vanity-cabinetry and installed the bathroom fixtures. Pictures of before and during sheetrock process of a kitchen wall removal for an open kitchen. 2 beams were added to support the second floor. I Removed pantry closet and cabinets. Hot/cold water lines and drain were moved. An archway opening was made. The kitchen space now overlooks the formal dining and living room.
