Friends…I don’t normally post things such as this on my feed. But if I do not use my platform to bring to light those who are working for the Kingdom of God who are in need, I am NOTHING. Pretty house photos can wait. I am asking albeit BEGGING you all to please share this post. ❤️
Our precious friends, Pastor & Sis Gregg Wilcox and San Angelo Apostolic Church experienced a devastating loss during the wee morning hours of Sunday, October 5th. They had just made it home at 3 AM from a youth rally at our church in the North Texas area, and received a 5 AM phone call from the fire department that their church building was in flames. The building is a total loss, along with the contents. Even more disheartening is the fact that insurance had recently dropped them because of the age of the building/etc. They’ve faced some vandalism in the past few weeks, and some suspect this may also be the result of arson. One of the police officers even called it a cultural religious attack.
In a text I received the night they were driving home from my precious friend, Sis Wilcox, she apologized they had to leave our service so quickly. They were so excited and expecting visitors in service this morning, so they were hurrying back to be ready for Sunday church.
When one of us hurt, we all hurt. And we are believing with Pastor & Sis Wilcox, and San Angelo Apostolic Church that what the enemy meant for evil, God will turn it around for GOOD!! $100,000 is a small amount to even begin to rebuild a church, but we are believing that the Lord will pour out a blessing that they cannot contain, and REVIVAL will continue in San Angelo!! I firmly believe their years of sacrifice and labor of love for God’s Kingdom will not come to naught.
Please share, and find it in your heart to give! 🙏🏼🫶🏼
