This was such a fun foyer remodel with the new marble checkerboard tile floors, stained stairs, and stunning new handmade metal railing 🖤🤍 Swipe for the before shot.

Recently enjoyed the classic 50’s film Vertigo and can’t stop thinking about it. You know how some movies just stick with you? I loved the old Hollywood actors, the romance, and nod to our classic San Francisco. But was really enamored with Midge’s apartment. Tiny and jam-packed with mid century furniture, books, art, her drafting table and mini kitchen. Very European and charming - I would love to have a drink with her in there! I read that Hitchcock was very meticulous with the set designs for this film. Such a legend.
Our huge soulless mansions filled with generic “things” is just so boring and “basic” as my 11 yr old calls it.

Another trip around the sun 💫 Definitely older, a bit wiser - but certainly loving how I’m settling into maturity. Don’t really care what people think of me or my business. Completely confident with understanding our value, and what we offer to the world. I’m not worried about algorithms and daily posting. We are too busy for that s**t.
So lucky to have enjoyed a night away (from sports) with my hubby, at the beautiful Stanly Ranch. What a special property. Also fell in love with the cutest restaurant in Napa, Angele. Best florals and such charming ambience: 10/10.
As I start on a fresh new year, I am feeling so loved and grateful for beautiful friends, coworkers, and colleagues who I truly enjoy spending my days with 🥰
