Hey everyone I'm Michael Pitts a local business owner of PaintingbyPitts. I've had this business for a couple years and I've made a pretty good foundation for the business with regular clientele and many positive reviews. However over the years I've realized that having a business and making it all happen yourself is extremely hard to do which has lead to a decline in productivity. I have been very weary of hiring people because I have to put my trust in my employees and trust is hard to come by. I've painted in people's houses that have millions of dollars which puts a lot of liability on me so I can't risk hiring people that I can't trust. I want to try to take on one or two people part time to start off as a trial run so that I have the time to supervise and teach the craft if need be. If there are people out there that are reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn(and get dirty), then I would be willing to pay them $13/hour starting with a lot of potential for advancement if they can prove their skills.
