Another homeowner protected and ready for the seasons ahead.

This project involved a duplex that had previously been only partially waterproofed. After reviewing the situation, we were able to design a complete solution that fit the homeowner’s budget without sacrificing quality or protection.

For this basement, we installed wrapped corners to help prevent water intrusion in vulnerable areas and ensure full system coverage. Due to the low yard grade, the homeowner chose a half-wall v***r barrier system tailored to their needs. We also rerouted the discharge line to the opposite side of the home and out toward the front of the property to help prevent any water from cycling back toward the foundation.

Every home is different, which is why we focus on creating effective, long-term waterproofing solutions that make sense for each homeowner.

Here’s a look at some Before, During, and After photos from a recent project!

A customer reached out with concerns about a home he was considering buying. He noticed a couple of bowing walls in the basement along with some water issues. The first set of photos—screenshots from a video he shared—shows exactly what things looked like before we arrived.

The second set was taken during our “Pre-Job Demo,” giving us (and you) a clear look at what we were working with and what needed attention.

The final set shows the Finished Product. Even though we weren’t able to complete every upgrade we originally had in mind, the work went smoothly. We installed a V***r Barrier to stop moisture from entering through the foundation walls. Then we laid corrugated Drain Tile wrapped in a protective sock to keep debris and sediment out, and surrounded it with clean 1” rock so water can flow freely underneath the floor.

Everything ties into a brand-new Sump Pump and a Perforated Sump Pump Well, ensuring groundwater gets collected, directed, and sent safely outside—keeping the basement dry and protected long-term.

Another homeowner one step closer to peace of mind, and a basement ready for the future.
