Hey Everyone! I'm working on building something. I'm looking for contractors, No subcontractors. I will be bringing you work in exchange for 15% of the profit if you are interested.

I need ONE and only one of everything:
Flooring guy
Window guy
siding guy
roofing guy
Drywall guy
Ect...

You must give referrals of people you have done at least 2 jobs for. I can't have anyone pick a good referral and does bad jobs on the rest lol!!

It doesn't matter to me if you can do it all, if you want to be part of it then I only need the thing you are best at.

to investors and homeowners there will be constant availability for any job they need and to the contractors, they will get extra jobs coming in they wouldn't have gotten without it.

After: for the parva alba, (small white) can you tell a difference? Lol, it was primed when I got there so the difference doesn't show much on camera.

The paint turned out great on this one in person though!

One thing I've learned on this one, you can never ask a new client too many questions about his personal preferences.

Exterior: complete! Sometimes when new siding isn't an option, a thick coat of paint is the 2nd best thing!

I'll be honest, in the perfect world, warmer temperatures are best for paint. Waiting until spring was unfortunately not an option for the owner. Making sure he knew this; I got paint designed to work over 35 degrees and did it when both the surface and air temperatures matched the needed temperature for the next 24 hours to insure results lasting as long as possible! It took a long time doing it this way, while still balancing other projects, but his satisfaction was worth it!
