Several members of our team recently had the opportunity to visit our window and door manufacturer, Andersen, tour their facilities, connect with their team, and gain a firsthand look at the processes behind the products we work with.

We’re incredibly proud of the hard work and commitment our team puts in every day, and this was a well-deserved opportunity to learn, spend time together, and make some great memories along the way. The knowledge and insights gained from experiences like this help strengthen our team and continue improving the experience we provide to our clients.

We use hidden fasteners throughout our decking to securely install each board while creating a clean, finished look. On this deck alone, our team used over 2,000 hidden fasteners to make sure every board was properly secured.🏠🛠️

🎓 Congratulations to our five newest decking installers on officially graduating from the C&L Ward Apprentice Program!

Throughout the two-week program, Nick, Preston, Jeremiah, Michael, and Mason completed extensive classroom education, hands-on field training, and testing to prepare them to join our decking crews.

Each of them came ready to learn, welcomed direction, worked hard, and showed a genuine motivation to continue improving their craft. They not only demonstrated the skills and knowledge required to graduate, but also the attitude, work ethic, and team-first mentality we value at C&L Ward.

We’re incredibly proud of what these five have accomplished and grateful for the effort, attitude, and commitment they’ve shown throughout the program.

Nick, Preston, Jeremiah, Michael, and Mason, congratulations on earning your spots on our decking team! We’re thrilled to have each of you as part of the C&L Ward family and excited to watch all of you continue to grow within the company. 🏠🛠️
