UPDATE! My neighbor got a chance to remove the damaging palm fronds from scraping away the granules off his asphalt shingle roof!
‼️🚨TO DO ITEM FOR TODAY: ‼️🚨
Walk around your home and check for any tree branches, limbs or fronds touching your roof line! Even the smallest breeze can cause them to scrape granules off your shingles, leading to premature deterioration and leaks! Also- this type of repair is NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE as it is considered owner neglect and should be routine maintenance of your home!
