I really felt for a recent customer of mine. They just bought their home, but when that first winter heating bill arrived—talk about sticker shock!
The Problem: I went up to the attic and found the culprit immediately. They only had 4 inches of insulation and the air baffles were just lying loosely on top, doing absolutely nothing to help airflow.
The Fix: We got to work!
✅ Secured the air baffles properly.
✅ Added 14–16 inches of new blown-in insulation.
Now, they are set up for a warm, cozy winter and a much happier bank account. My goal is always to make sure my customers are comfortable in their own homes.

Before the holidays, several small projects were completed such as fixing broken towel bars, installing new faucets, fixing leaky drain pipes, mounting 150+lb mirrors, wall sconces, and installing new dimmer switches for LED lights. For any project needs, you can contact me.

Mid-week update! Some photos of the projects completed thus far are featured here. These include the removal of a ceiling-mounted TV and subsequent hole patching, the installation of baseboard trim, the replacement of old CFL lights with new LED ones, and the removal and installation of new door slabs, complete with trim cutting and fitting. Additionally, an old ceiling fan was taken out and a fancy fandalier was installed. A stunning 5 ft tall mirror was mounted, along with a sleek wall-mounted TV console. This is only a mid-week update. Who else requires work to be done before the holidays?
