Project #3 completed in the whole house remodel. Updated carpet for the 2nd level and stairs. Fresh coat of paint to brighten things up using SW Touch of Grey (one of our favorites!) Enclosing the landing on the 2nd level and updating handrail and balusters. Updated lighting (client supplied). What a transformation this made to their front entrance. We love it!

We were asked by K&K Builder's to help their client with design work on a new construction barndominium they were completing in Shelbyville. New construction can be very overwhelming for a homeowner and knowing what and when things need to be ordered. That's where we help clients. We designed their kitchen with them and provided them with 3D renderings. We invited the homeowner to spend a day in town with us visiting showrooms and working with our vendors to complete their checklist and enjoy lunch! They have officially moved into their beautiful new Barndo and we wish them all the happiness in their new home!

Project #2 of a whole house remodel. Tara took the lead on the design elements with this project and nailed it! This process started as a complete restructure of their 2nd level master suite removing walls, window, relocating all the plumbing, new electrical, new HVAC, and changing the original layout to create a functional space that combined all their wants and needs. Once again, our team of contractors delivered on this one!

When we were originally contracted for this project, little did we know how blessed we would be that this would turn into a whole house remodel. We have loved working with such great homeowners on all of their projects. This bathroom was our 1st project for them and a very special project for us and those involved in this.
This bathroom needed opened up to allow for a deeper and accessible walk-in shower. By removing the wall between the shower room and vanity and making this a 1 sink bathroom, we were able to construct a 36"x 60" walk-in shower with a heated tiled shower floor and still allow ample of room for the vanity and toilet.

What do you do with an attic / dormer that isn't being used? You create a master suite with the right contractors and designers.
Add framing for a master bathroom, bedroom, and walk-in closet. New plumbing, new HVAC, and new electrical. And then the fun stuff! Thank you to all of our contractors and vendors that helped make this project a success!

It has officially been a tad over 2 years now since I began this journey and I am so thankful for all of the support the last 2 years from friends, family, our team of contractors, industry partners, and our great clients. I am blessed to have an employee that helps to keep the chaos flowing each day. We are thankful for all of our clients that have become repeat and long-term clients. We appreciate all of the referrals that have come our way. It has been impossible to keep up with all of the requests that have come in as we do wish that we were able to handle all of them. While we do focus a lot of time on whole house remodels, Tara will be focusing on individual spaces- kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, office space, mudrooms, etc. Again, thank you so much for the support! We look forward to helping you with your design or remodel project!
