(Construction MVP) got another house going today at . This one is going to be a 2,600 square foot ranch with a 3.5 car garage in Oconomowoc. Around Xmas 2026 delivery, we will be excited to show off some of the details in this build, including kitchen and living room vaults with extensive beam detail, custom cabinets throughout the house (with paneled appliances), furniture built-ins direct from the cabinetmaker, a two sided fireplace and a special dog wash station in the laundry room for their lovable Bernadoodle Bernie. Stay tuned.

We are excited to share a brief glimpse into one of our current clients: the new home for Erika & Luke in Oconomowoc, WI.

Erika and Luke operate a multi-generational family farm in Oconomowoc, well-known to anyone who has lived in Lake Country the past several decades. When Erika found out Jim Marriott was again independent and designing houses, we all agreed that we had the right team to design something special: a farm house that would last the next 100+ years on their 100+ acre property.

AW Marriott is designing this house to maximize the exterior views of the property with a wrap-around deck and sunroom, while also creating an interior floor-plan that is warm and unique (i.e. no wasted space) as to how Luke and Erika actually live.

With already having extensive home building and design experience, this has been one of those special projects where Jim and the client work back and forth over a period of a months to find the one, true final vision of a home that fits the client and the shape of the land itself.

We feel grateful to work with Erika (), who brings superior design talent to the entire project, as well as Luke who brings a practical perspective to the homebuilding process and final product. We look forward to seeing this house come to life in 2016.

Rear elevation of our project in Downtown Delafield located at 723 Division Street. This building holds two separate 2K sq ft units, with an elevator connecting the basement parking (2 car garage per unit) to each of the private units. Unveiling the initial elevation of Jim Marriott’s newest home coming to downtown Delafield, WI. We haven’t decided yet if it will be a two-family home (one owner) or condos. Walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping. Stay tuned.
