Joe came a long way to see if he could even do anything about our brand new dolomite countertops that were etched, scratched, and just not polished properly. He thoroughly explained all the issues to us and said he could fix many of them. He stayed until we were satisfied and said he will stand by his work.
We also want to commend Kim, who was wonderful throughout the entire process. She made scheduling so easy, was incredibly responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about helping us. It is rare these days to find a company with both such skilled workmanship and such excellent customer service. We truly appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and care from everyone at Remedy Services. Highly recommend!"

Granite needed to be sealed n some fissures corrected and addressed.
Another company wanted to put a large machine according to the client to hone and polish a countertop that has no damage. 🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼
