Broken or breaking attic stairs? We replace this so often we can’t even count. We install high quality aluminum stairs with a much higher strength and weight limit, as well as a much longer lifespan set of stairs. They’re super sturdy, lightweight, and look great. Custom cut to your exact floor to entry height. This client chose to reuse her existing trim and to paint the attic entry door herself. If your stairs need replacement, we’re here to help.

Have an old rotten deck that falling apart? This client asked us to replace some badly rotten and splintered boards to save the deck for one more year until next year when we replace the decking and railings with trex and vinyl railings. We also found some severely rotten joists while removing the decking. We sistered those joists with new PT joists as well as a stair stringer and then replace those rotten boards with new 5/4 decking. If your deck needs repair, replacement, or sanding and staining, or you’re just looking to uograde to composite decking and rails, we’re here to help.

Here we removed a bathroom covered in very old wallpaper, skimmed the walls, and even replaced the mold and mildew covered part of the ceiling, then painted it all. Removed and patched the foyer ceiling, repaired all the broken drywall, and painted it. Resealed the shower to stop the leak, hung a bunch of shelves, repaired a cabinet door, and some other odds and ends while we were there. After then before pictures of some of the things we did.

We had a client call us to build this as a Christmas present for their kids. It was a last minute delivery but we made sure to fit it in for them so that their kids would be so excited Christmas morning when it’s finally unveiled. Even though this had missing parts and bolts and screws and even damaged pieces, we repaired everything and replaced everything that was missing because they wouldn’t be able to get the missing things delivered in time. This was an extensive but fun project.

When a good client of yours calls you when he has a flood and the remediation company the insurance sent tears out everything that got wet, I always make time to come out their home back together like it never even happened. From new drywall, trim, all the way to making custom cabinet toe kicks and trim and paint matching them so you would never know it’s not the original trim, we’ve got it covered.
