eam powered Victorian Era! Hello, my name is Alicia, your captain here abroad Your Steampunk Store. ( please feel free to waive your arms , run, fly or jump about the ship as you wish) I have been an artist as far back as i can remember, if i could use my hands to create i did ! it never mattered what i had, it was what can i do with this? Making something from nothing is my passion. I aspired as a painter, interior decorator and personal organizer. One day , a few years back, while researching "unique styles" i came across" Steampunk". I was immediately moved by its creativity and inventiveness, so much so , i decided to join the fun. Having problems finding the parts and pieces i needed for my next contraption, I was drawn to find a way to make it easier for others as well. I began selling watch and clock parts on ebay as "aliciasartwork" in june of 2009. With parts still hard to come by and the knowledge that once the parts are gone they are gone forever i decided to make my own as well as pulling together products that would help you fulfill your steamy whims. Our goal is to put a full collection together as well as tutorials to help inspire your creative journey. I hope you will come back and visit often as we are on the cusp of some amazing things. I thought it would be a good idea to demonstrate that theydo and was stumped at the question on how to mount them appropriately. So far I've found this thread helpful; http://brassgoggles.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=27246.0 does any one else have any suggestions?
