Tim's Treats Hi I am Tim and I have been baking since I was 13. This is my love language and I want to share it with the world. I am a Chef of 30 plus years.

I gained my passion for working with food at an early age, and I have had the chance to work some wonderful mentors over the years to help perfect my craft. I can make almost anything that your heart desires, just ask. My DM's are open always and will respond as soon as I can. My prices are reasonable, and depend on ingredients needed to make it. I will always let you know prices before being char

Child’s birthday cake for this one. They wanted a cookies and cream cake, so I went a little further and made sure you got that flavor throughout. So this was an actual cookies and cream cake versus the vanilla, and then topped with a cookies and cream frosting. The theme was monster trucks so the top was made with cookie crumbs and then I installed jumps for the truck toppers. The child and dad loved it!

Here is something a little different. Had a friend that was looking for a tres leches cake and wanted strawberries associated with it. So this is it. A perfect blend of milk and cream and not too much to pool and then sweet strawberry blend and topped with whipped cream. The customer loved it.

Tried doing something a little different today on whim. They look great and from the many tastings I had they are going to be delicious. This is probably the best way to have cheesecake on the go. Pictured here is a brownie cheesecake cup, strawberry cheesecake, and a lemon cheesecake.

Looking for something new or different for the holidays? Give this a try. This is a gingerbread cheesecake. It has a graham cracker crust with all the spices and flavors of a gingerbread and the filling is literally the icing the in the cake with a wonderful mix of spices and molasses to give it that last little bit of gingerbread flavor.
