It's not winter yet! And even when it is, we still find our Windows to get everything done.

We just started on this project this morning, it's going to be a tear out and replace for this customer's Driveway, front sidewalk, front patio (with a new addition), partial garage floor and replacement back patio.

Most of this concrete was poured in 1960. 85 years old!

So it's definitely time to replace everything, we're excited to update on this post with final photos. We should have everything completed by the end of the week!

Our crew is pouring this driveway and sidewalk that we started last Friday. The patio got poured Saturday.

All together this project will be a 3-day project for a new replacement driveway, replacement sidewalk and front stoop with an expanded front patio.

We will be wrapped up with this today and make certain to update with finished photos of the entire project.

We are excited to remove this horrible installation. Our customer had hired a local contractor to install a sidewalk and back patio about a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, the end result was a poorly finished sidewalk and back patio which caused drainage problems.

The good news, our crew arrived today to take care of the situation and we actually should have everything torn out and poured back today! We will be updating on this project, make sure to stay tuned!

Brand new replacement back patio completed for this Denver home near hilltop. This project took our crew one day to tear out and replace. This house has been suffering from negative slope adjacent to the patio and sidewalk. We replaced a section of the sidewalk adjacent to structure to improve drainage as well.

New garage floor that are crew completed last week. We are working on the video so that should be out soon. This project took our crew a total of 2 days to complete. We used a high early mix so that our customer did not have to wait 30 days for a complete cure. This allows our customer to get back on that driveway in a week instead of 30 days. The customer is extremely happy and will be coming back for future projects!

We will be updating in the near future with before and after photos of this floor as well as taking a look at it after the seal.

South Denver Driveway Replacement / Front Sidewalk Replacement

This project in South Denver was completed November. The homeowner had most recently replaced their roof and during the process as the roofing crew was loading materials, they damaged the driveway (a pretty common occurrence, at least we get several calls very similar to this every year), in the before pictures there is a closer look at the crack that the crew had caused.

Denver Concrete Inc was hired to tear out and replace the damaged stones of the driveway as well as replacement of the front sidewalk and back patio. These photos cover the project before and after completion.

This project was completed about 30 days ago in Lakewood colorado. For this project be homeowner hired Denver concrete to replace their existing driveway addition as well as their back patio and a couple of other minor replacements throughout the property. The project took 3 days all together for demolition, preparation and forms and then a couple days to pour the driveway addition as well as the back patio and curbing / retaining wall. All projects were completed as a 4-in for pour except for the retaining wall which was poured at 8 in thick.

All installations were reinforced with number 3 rebar set every 2 ft on Center. For the driveway addition and back patio the crew finished with control joints every 5 ft and the joints were set at 45° to structure. This gives for more of a diamond look for the driveway, additionally the crew finished each Stone in a closing directions which gives it more of a checkered look. The customer was extremely pleased with the project and even more excited to get back to normal as fast as possible.
