I need a helper and an experienced window installer. The helper is someone who can pick up trash get tools help carry and lift things. I pay well and expect you to work Monday thru Friday 730ish to 4ish depending on the job and day. You must have your own vehicle. I would prefer someone experienced in windows and doors in some capacity for the helper but not necessary. Pay is based on experience and performance.

Proper installation is so important!

This house had masonite siding on it. There was a lot of rotten wood because when the windows were replaced, they weren't installed properly. This caused water to run down inside the wall leading to wood rot. All of the wood framing had to be replaced under every window.

We installed Charter Oak siding after we fixed all the windows, reframed the walls and replaced the rotten osb. We also replaced all the trim around each window and wrapped that trim with metal.
