Hello Everybody!!!! Here are some completion photos of my latest project... Unfortunately I am waiting on photos of what it looked like originally

House got a brand new metal roof before we started, HAD TO BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHILE STRIPPING THE STUCCO.

Started the project by stripping all the stucco from the house.

Did over 300 sq ft of rot repair.

Framed a new slider glass door as well as a new window opening in the kitchen

Installed 2 entry doors in the basement.

All new James Hardie Siding clapboard on main portion of wall , Hardie straight edge shake style panels on the Gables

New Pella windows and doors. We did custom recessed Azek trim on everything.

Custom recessed Azek trim on the entire house to terminate the siding with a beautiful finish and hide the caulk line normally seen with fiber cement

Black Aluminum trim for rakes and facia

Built a 2nd story deck on the addition. Composite deck boards, composite railings with black aluminum balusters and Azek trim.

New front porch makeover, vinyl soffit, new vinyl railings with black aluminum balusters, vinyl post wraps,

New set of Handicap accessible front porch steps built to accommodate the needs of the homeowner who is quadriplegic. Picture framed decking, Azek risers and skirt boards, composite railings with black aluminum balusters.

First phase of our newest project almost complete.. just a few touch ups left.. We are on a large project with 3 phases left to do. Stay tuned folks more to come. Special thanks to Victor Cruz who managed to complete phase 1 solo while I was busy beginning phase 2, 3 and 4 while working with our plumber and electrician.

This is going to be an amazing project. Alot of custom carpentry is happening, very high end finish, completely changing the master bathroom and walk-in closet layout.

Half bath/laundry room remodel
