The hits just keep coming! This customer wanted to give their master suite a true-to-form Tudor facelift and left it to us to complete. Lots of plaster/lathe and debris had to come down from this second-floor jobsite. We moved load-bearing points, walls, cut in larger Pella windows, moved doorways, added beams, and more to give them the larger bathroom and walk-in closet they had previously dreamed of. It was a pleasure to do this project about 15 years after transforming the basement here.

Egress windows provide natural light and an escape in the event of a fire. They are required for any sleeping room. Please get in touch if you would like a quote. We can also turn your basement into a walkout by cutting in a doorway!

This rather large addition project had it all, and has it all! I can't thank my customers enough for letting the vision run wild. Combining the historic 1880 design with a modern flare was mandatory. We brought in truckloads and hauled out truckloads, all in a very confined space. The upstairs is stunning. The double-deep garage is slick, and the covered, stamped, and stained back patio, is magical.
