Mad Murphy’s Pickle Sliders
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion diced
8 oz cheese shredded
1 oz Mad Murphy’s Rub A Grub (or to your preference)
6-8 large dill pickles
6-8 slices bacon
• slice pickles in half lengthwise and remove seeds as much as possible.
• mix ground beef, onions, cheese, and Mad Murphy’s Rub A Grub rub until combined
• fill pickle halves with meat mixture
• wrap bacon around pickle slider and secure with toothpicks if needed.
• place in smoker that has been preheated to 250-275 degrees
• allow to smoke for 2-2.5 hours or until bacon is cooked to your liking.
• serve with sliced/diced tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, mayo….any condiments you like. (Can be served in hot dog bun)
