We started the day out late and with these guys knowing what the goals were for the week. They had the option to go home hours ago after working 7 hrs and they both wanted to keep working knowing that they are going to do the worst job possible in pulling weeds out of cracks.

I work these guys hard on the days we work. So to hear them say they wanted to keep going makes me proud and is a testament to their work ethic. 10 hr days are not uncommon but these 2 will grind 12 to 16 hr days if we need to. So thanks Caden and Easton for having my back and being the pushers today!
