Last week, my good friend, Jeff Bashaw asked us if we could get a house ready for pictures on Tuesday for some wonderful people who need their house listed ASAP due to a family emergency and we jumped at the chance! This beautiful house is going to be PRICED TO SELL! So keep a lookout. It's located in Prescott lakes and has only had one owner!
At Rapid Reset, we love this kind of work and love to do real work where the property actually looks DIFFERENT when we leave. This space hadn't been spruced up in a while so in order to achieve this we scrubbed the grout, shampooed the carpet, scrubbed the walls, the fireplace stones ect but we also got to shape the exterior to our vision and it was honestly such a fun and rewarding job despite those pesky pine needles 😆 (apologies to the neighbors for our incessant w**d blower blowing😭). At Rapid Reset we love our realtors and these are just some reasons why we jump at these kinds of jobs.
Both business owners have family in real estate such as the great Sharon and Randy Randall (Tutu and Papaw) and I (Ashley) went through all the training and found that, while I don't want to actually be that guy selling houses, I still like being in the field as i just love houses and my dream is to eventually flip them for families who can't afford their dream home.
