This plan has been in development since November and after a lot of meeting and editing, I get to share the largest plan I have created to date. It boasts 3400 on the main level, 1600 on the second floor and 1850 in the basement and a total under roof of just under 11,000 square feet. It has been an honor to create this for some really great people and I hope to share real-life images of this one soon. If there is something about this plan you don't care for just know this one involved a lot of discussion and it's a custom home and they can do what they want for their particular lifestyle!

Still practice the art of 3D imaging, it’s been a journey! The back yard of one I just finished. The real photo is still rendering, but I’m impatient and shared a real time version of this one!

I have been learning to use Twinmotion software in order to expany my services. I still have a lot to learn about using it and making it look as photorealistic as possible! Stay tuned for more renderings of past projects.

Took a sign out to and went to check on one of the houses that finally got to the framing stage. Didn’t think I would get the sign in the ground. 🥴 But check out the views from their studio and living room! 😍

This house was designed last summer by me. The homeowner sent over completed pics, and it looks great! Happy they are enjoying their new home!

I've been working like crazy the last month to deliver several custom home plans. This one began in August we worked through multiple drafts to ensure everything was like they wanted it! It's going to be built at Lake Texoma, can't wait to see the final product!

This craftsman style home is so cute! It's the future home of a retired gentleman who will be enjoying it on his 23 acre property! His porch is GOALS! 🤩
