While lifting the job in Rochester, we decided to measure the void under the entryway as you could feel it bounce while walking on it, and this is what we found. Almost an 8" void caused by years of water running off between the slab and the garage.

Here's a small sidewalk section that used to pool water next to the driveway and, in the winter time, created a slip hazard. This winter, the homeowners won't have to worry about that spot anymore.
