Gutters.

We aren’t the biggest advocates for them and are on a list of things (along with skylights) we try to steer our customers away from.

Water, without question, is the greatest threat to the structural integrity of a house. Over the years we have repaired extensive rot, like in these pictures, caused by gutters.

If you have gutters on your home, the best advice we can offer is, clean and inspect them yearly to ensure they are functioning properly.

After what seemed like an exorbitant amount of time for the Secretary of State to approve our request, we are pleased to announce our new name and a new logo!

We are incredibly excited about the new name and other changes coming as we continue to grow!

This recently completed job in Raymond included all new doors, Harvey windows, metal trim on fascia, soffits and CertainTeed siding.
It also involved an unplanned re-framing of the entire garage, due to extensive rot from water damage.

Installation of a new suspended ceiling in the Londonderry office space is nearing completion.
