I have visited 3 jobs (roofs) in the last few weeks. These were jobs I quoted and did not get because, I was more expensive… why visiting these jobs? Per homeowners request for an inspection of the cheaper bids roof. If you can see that roof might be messed up from the ground… it’s messed up!!! Improperly installed boots, flashings, exposed nails, crooked runs, over exposure, only 4 nails? Cmon guys!! We have to do better as contractors!!!! My question is why would you go with cheaper bid on the roof of your house? If you were appearing in court would you want the cheapest lawyer? If you went to the car lot would you ask for the cheapest thing they have? When you go out to eat do you ask the waitress for the cheapest thing on the menu???!? Why ??? Rant over….. we might not be the cheapest bid but, I do have a license, I have a top notch insurance policy, I am honest, I am fair, our work comes with a warranty, and everyone I bring to your house stands on business!!! 💪 🛠️ 💯 When comes to your homes first line of defense to Mother Nature PLEASE do NOT get the cheapest person possible!!!
