Repainted this addition in . Designed by famed architect Richard A. Yarnall, and built by Daniel Heskett. This one had sentimental value. I had back primed all the cedar siding as a teenager before construction, and helped lift the joists into place. Oh and yes these are approved historical colors!

Using Flex-Tec flexible epoxy to reconstruct this pillar base. Do not use Bondo! It is far too rigid to be used on exterior wood. Wood expands/contracts through the seasons and even the day. You need something that can keep up with that movement or it will separate fast.
