y’all!! i am still locked out of my account because they marked my account as compromised to “protect me.”

iam Meta verified; unfortunately, when you’re locked out of your account, you can’t access the Meta verified service. therefore, you do not have support or chats or ability to receive phone calls from meta

if anyone else is verified & can reach out to them on my behalf, that would be great.

the only support i am able to receive is ai computer automated emails like this. they send two computer generated ones a day.

i have reached out nonstop over HUNDREDS of times on instagram/meta/facebook on all of their avenues. i have paid for ads bc they say i can get support through that avenue.

it is a complete nightmare and i hope and pray no one else has to deal with this abuse

i am meta verified. i pay for extra support. I’ve spent over 22 hours trying to get one person to help me at meta to no avail. have not had any contact with a person at meta yet. i’ve also had an issue getting approval for political ads that has been since april with no help on that either.

i have received nothing but stock responses (2 in that time period). and let me tell you, i have been working around the clock on this.

my account is in perfect status: no violations, no restrictions. i have every security and privacy measure in place.

i would never give my password to a “third party” which is what they said i did….. so they are supposedly protecting my account for me.. they have also shut my threads down.

unfortunately i won’t be able to do my shop the cupboard sale this weekend. or share my lovely trip with you.

if meta is unable to assist me today, i may be moving my account to another platform. TicTok/You Tube, etc… i will have no choice.

this is entirely too time consuming, costly, and upsetting for me to continue on a platform with no support especially when i pay extra for it.

fortunately i am able to post through meta’s business suite app for now…

if anyone meta verified with a business has a phone number or a way for me to get in touch with a PERSON at meta, i would really appreciate it.

you will see a ton of bots appear in these threads wanting to help me with my “hacked account.” my account is not hacked. all info is mine with myself as sole owner and everything is still up. i will either receive assistance from meta, or i will move on to another platform. i will not use any “third party account rescuers.”

anyway, hang tight and help if you can!

y’all HELP!! I am completely locked out of my account and cannot get in touch with Meta at all or Meta business. meta metaforbusiness
