This customer had other electricians in who not only said they would have to destroy her walls to run a new circuit for her microwave. They also gave her surprisingly wrong information.
Needless to say, she was very happy that we were able to do this project without her having to patch any holes and now everything is safe and done correctly

We do not charge a dispatch fee or a service charge to come and take a look at the electrical issue or to get you your estimates for the work that needs to be performed

We do, however, have what is called a first task item charge. This means that even if it is something small, like changing a light switch or a regular receptacle, we have a bare minimum charge of $189. Many companies do this and still charge a dispatch fee. We only charge the first task item.

Please understand we are a licensed and insured company. In order for us to stay operational, we do have to charge things like this. We believe in staying upfront and honest with all of our customers we do not hide charges or hide fees in any of our pricing.

As much as we appreciate people leaving reviews about us we strongly encourage not to badmouth other companies on our review page. A customer who is a very sweet person left a 5 star review on our page but mentioned another company that she had come out and do electrical work comparing us to that company. We completely understand that working with some contractors can be frustrating, but we do not condone using us as a conduit to put down anyone else.
We contacted Angies to inform them that we need the comment and the review removed immediately and they told us they will have it taken down by Monday since it’s the weekend.
