So often with farming, you question if you are doing the right thing. Is this a folly, I grow roses, not food or other essential crop. I was harvesting roses last week for market and I came across a nest with an egg in it. The nest was in a rose that was in my mom’s favorite rose and the nest had a turquoise robin egg, my grandmother’s favorite color. Life has a funny way of giving you the signs of validation.

SURPRISE!!! We have our own special scent of bar soap from Botanical Girlfriend! It is rose and honey and the smell is incredible. The attention to detail, dried rosebuds, honeycomb embossing and the light dusting of rose gold sparkles. This makes a beautiful gift for someone or treat yourself!

The weather might be a bit grey out but, we are freshly stocked with chicken eggs, the coziest wool hats to keep the noggin warm and a variety of salvias to get your garden ready for the hummers!
