Ancient Grain Seeded Sourdough💛🌾
We had a few of these beautiful loaves in the stand yesterday, they are a new version of our Sun&Grain loaf. This loaf is made with freshly milled organic spelt, an ancient grain rich in fiber and naturally containing iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and B vitamins. All of the flour we mill is used within 24hrs of milling to preserve a much of the nutrients as possible. Then we switched up the seed mix a bit for this loaf, it has a mix of flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin kernels, and chia seeds.
This loaf will be on next weeks pre-order and available in the stand next weekend💛
