Andrew, our lead contractor, walks through the custom cedar planter boxes we built for this project. 🌱

A lot of people only see the finished product, but proper drainage is what keeps planter boxes functioning long term.

We installed drip systems to help prevent water buildup from traditional sprinklers, protect the cedar, and keep the plants healthy season after season. It’s the behind-the-scenes details that make the biggest difference.

South Fork Repair & Renovations is now looking to schedule your complete landscape renovations for July. With a general contractor bringing over 30 years of experience, we pride ourselves on high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work built to last.

We intentionally only take on a limited number of projects each month so every client receives the time, care, and quality they deserve.

This yard had major drainage issues—water wasn’t flowing where it should, which can lead to:
• pooling in the yard
• damage to landscaping
• runoff into neighboring properties

So before anything cosmetic, we:
•Regraded and leveled the yard
•Adjusted the slope for proper drainage
•Modified the sprinkler layout for even coverage

Because irrigation + grading = everything.

A yard can look amazing, but if water isn’t managed correctly, it won’t last.

This is where good landscaping starts
