Originaly we were just going to replace the shower pan but when we were digging, black mold went all the way up the studs and dry wall beneath the old tile. The owner decided to just do the whole shower. Turned out really nice!

This was a big project with many moving parts. This project started with a deck and ended with a home addition. The deck was built in the summer of 2023. The patio doors were removed to make way for a window, built a privacy wall, and a pergola. The addition was built from scratch. This included everything from interior to exterior (framing the space, outdoor siding, roofing, etc.).

This project was a primary bath and powder room remodel. Unfortunately, no pictures of the powder room, but here are some photos during the project and project completion.
Remodel included tiling floors and full shower, painted walls and bathroom vanity, expanded the primary bathroom shower and built a wall between the toilet and shower.
