We just finished up this small 8 x 12 shingled gable porch covering with open rafters and white facial trim one day last week for Mr. and Mrs. Harnesberger over in the Piedmont area. It’s not just about always doing the BIG jobs! That’s why we here at J&M Renovations do projects of all sizes!! BIG jobs, small jobs, repair jobs, WE DO ALL JOBS! There’s no jobs to small! We do them all!

We initially did the porch portion of this project about a year ago, the deck and gable covering. Mr. Hollingsworth gave us a call and said “I really want to screen my porch in, what are you guys going to charge for that?” Once he decided on the materials he wanted to use and I worked him up a quote, my husband Jc Haney and his work buddy Roger McDaniel went and took care of his screening project. Mr. Hollingsworth decided to screen the 8x20 porch in the Bronze colored Screen Ez! Turned out really nice! He loves it and is happy he can sit out on his porch and not get ate up by mosquitoes 😂 Thank you for allowing us to complete the final part of your project Mr. Hollingsworth! Also want to thank you Jc and Roger for always working together to make the clients happy and get the jobs done.

Sorry guys I forgot to post this when you finished it but Jc Haney and Roger McDaniel finished up this project recently! The homeowner Mr. Gary wanted to do something a little different, he wanted to go with a kinda barn style outline. There was some aesthetics that had to be factored in but overall it was a great build! We worked with Mr. Gary for about a year before he finally decided what type of build he wanted to have done. He wanted to have this 14 x 22 barn style build with the double beams and post that we wrapped in Miratec, tongue and groove porch ceiling, multiple recessed lights and ceiling fan. Now once it gets painted/stained I will post final product pictures! Thank you Mr. Gary for the opportunity to work with you on this project! Jc and Roger you guys really worked hard on this project!! You worked hard in making sure that the project got completed with ALL the details (even the smallest details) got taken care of! We are so glad Mr. Gary is happy with his final results! Another one down! Another happy homeowner! 💯💯 🔥 🔥💪💪

Some Saturdays required! Pay is based on your experience!! Depending on your experience and Job skills; pay Is starting at $12 a hour up to $25 a hour DEPENDING ON YOUR EXPERIENCE! We need reliable, dependable, hardworking people who love to build and make money!PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE however we are willing to pay $12-$25 a hour for cutman/framer EXPERIENCED HELP!! We did this job a few weeks ago, the homeowner Mr. Tramell Goodjoin wanted us to build a 13 x 20 Shingled lean to style roof with tongue and groove porch ceiling and facial wrapped in white aluminum trim. He also wanted us to redo his handrails with the pressure treated wood with black metal balusters and the steps with brown Trex. Thank you Jc Haney and Roger McDaniel for another job well done! 💪💪💯💯 You guys really worked hard on this project! You guys rock! Thank y’all for working together to get it done. This is a job we started on back the beginning of last year. We started by doing the demolition! It was a lot of hard work but we all got in there and tore up floors, tore out walls and ceilings and took it all the way down to the outside frame of the house, floor joists and rafters. Then came the fun part of putting it all back together! To turn this poorly taken care of home into a beautiful treasure. 😍😍💕 It sure turned out amazing as you can see. Thanks to everyone who had there hands in this project!
